All tastes were catered for at The London Motor Show in May 2017, from freshly made burgers and slow smoked BBQ to gourmet mac ‘n’ cheese and veggie meatballs. As well as street food favourites, the show featured a mezzanine-level sit-down café overlooking the vehicle displays.

Mother Flipper is a street food pop-up serving amazing home-made burgers and sides.
Fat, juicy patties, crafted from a blend of 28-day aged cuts, are grilled on a little hotplate and anointed with one of three toppings: molten cheese, hot-and-sweet pickled red jalapeños or thick strips of 'candied' bacon, then popped onto a rich brioche bun with lettuce, pickles and onions.
Anna Mae's Mac 'n' Cheese
We are famous for being london’s original mac n cheese dealers. Served from a giant cast iron skillet, we make our mac from scratch on site and serve with a variety of toppings.

Prairie Fire BBQ
Traditional Kansas City BBQ, slow-smoked in London.
Kansas City BBQ is some of the best in the world. It is known for the variety of smoked meats coupled with smokey tomato and molasses BBQ sauce. Prairie Fire sauces are modeled after some of the Kansas City greats: Gates, Jack Stack, Joe’s Kansas City & LC’s.

Jez ran his own talent management company before ‘putting his balls on the line’ and setting up The Bowler. He learnt to cook at the organic farm and cookery school Ballymaloe, near Cork, before discovering the ‘food truck’ scene on a trip to the US which inspired the launch of The Bowler.
Spit & Roast
Spit & Roast is a food truck from East London. Specialising in the highest quality rotisserie chicken and other meats, as well as ridiculously good buttermilk fried chicken.
All our rotisserie poultry and meats are free range from our butcher Gavin Peckover on Roman Road. Our buttermilk fried chicken is a recipe created by us: chicken pieces are marinated overnight in buttermilk before being dipped in secret 'dredge' and deep fried to golden perfection.
