Getting to The London Motor Show at ExCeL London couldn’t be easier!!

 

By public transport

London’s public transport system will deliver you right to ExCeL’s doors. Situated in London’s Docklands, the venue is served by the Docklands Light Railway (DLR), which is part of the underground network. We’re under 30 minutes from Waterloo, Bank, London Bridge, Liverpool Street and Stratford stations.

Euston – 32 mins
King’s Cross / St Pancras Int – 32 mins
Liverpool Street – 26 mins
London Bridge – 16 mins
Marylebone – 31 mins
Moorgate – 26 mins
Paddington – 32 mins
Victoria – 40 mins

UNDERGROUND/DLR

When planning your journey to The London Motor Show, the station you want to arrive at is Prince Regent DLR station, which is closest to the show entrance within the ExCeL London venue. You can also get off at Custom House DLR station, although it’s a few extra minutes walk inside the venue.

Get the DLR at Canning Town station (from the Jubilee line) or Bank station (from the Central, Northern, Circle and District lines).

CABLE CAR

You can even travel by cable car! Enjoy stunning aerial views of London from 90m above the river Thames on the Emirates Air Line from North Greenwich or the O2. Show your London Motor Show tickets for an exclusive discounted price, just £2.50 single fare.

RIVER BUS

Or travel by boat with Thames Clippers, offering a truly unique perspective on the city. See some of the capital’s most popular landmarks including Big Ben, the Coca Cola London Eye, the Tower of London, St Paul’s Cathedral and The O2. Alight at North Greenwich Pier where you can use the Emirates Air Line Cable Car or Jubilee line and DLR.

NOTE ON CROSSRAIL

A brand new Elizabeth Line (crossrail) station will be opening at ExCeL London (at Custom House DLR station) at the end of 2018, making travel to the venue even easier from East and West for our 2019 event. Currently under construction, this station will not be ready for the 2018 show.

 

By Car

There is plenty of pay & display parking, hooray!

The main routes include the M25 and M11, the North Circular, A406 and the A13. As you get closer you’ll pick up signs for Royal Docks, City Airport and ExCeL London.

If you’re using a sat nav to travel to the show, please use the most relevant post code as listed:

E16 1XL – For the west entrance, when travelling to ExCeL from Blackwall Tunnel, Limehouse Link, A12 or central London.
E16 1FR – For the east entrance, when travelling to ExCeL from the M11, A13 or into London from the east.
E16 1AL – If you are using the Royal Victoria Car Park (MSCP) — approximately a 5 minute walk from the venue.

Motorcycles can be parked free of charge in the designated motorcycle parking area in the upper level Orange car park, zone 3.
