When does the show open?

Thursday, May 16:  2pm – 6pm
Friday, May 17:  10am – 6pm
Saturday, May 18:  10am – 6pm
Sunday, May 19:  10am – 5pm

Is the event wheelchair accessible?

The event and the venue are completely wheelchair-accessible. Wheelchairs are available to hire from both the West and East information desks on The Boulevard. Accessible toilets are located near the restaurants and cafés on The Boulevard.

Are buggies/prams allowed?

Buggies are permitted at the show. There is storage for buggies in the cloakrooms

Where can I park?

If you’re driving to ExCeL, you can make use of 3,070 parking spaces. Parking for up to 24 hours is currently £20 in the Orange car park (under the main venue) and East car park (when in use). Parking in the Royal Victoria multi-storey car park is also currently £20 for up to 24 hours.

Where can I find food and drinks?

There is a broad selection of cafés and restaurants on The Boulevard. Most special diets can be catered for – ask outlets for more information.

Where can I find toilets?

Toilets and cloakrooms are located on level 0 (downstairs from The Boulevard, by the entrance to the car park).

Where can I find lost property?

Please ask for assistance at the West information desk on The Boulevard. They will be able to direct you to the ExCeL security suite.
